She became a registered nurse in 2010. She has worked in dialysis, medical/surgical hospital medicine, emergency medicine, and home health. She has since practiced at an internal medicine clinic in Casa Grande. In 2020, she and her husband, Bret Jacobsen, opened their own clinic, Revive Health and Wellness.
Jami loves spending her free time with her three children, two girls and a boy, along with her two dogs and three cats.
Bret Jacobsen, a board-certified physician assistant, is an Arizona native and Army veteran, still currently serving in the Arizona Army National Guard. Bret attended NAU for his undergrad and in 2011 went through the rigorous military physician assistant program, graduating in 2013 with his Master of Physician Assistant Studies. He started working as a hospitalist for acute and chronic patients in medical, surgical, and telemetry units, as well as the ICU. He then went to work as a family practice provider, eventually moving to Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and general surgery. Bret was deployed to Iraq in 2019 where he was the sole US medical provider for his clinic, responsible for over 1200 US servicemembers and civilians on the base he was stationed. He has always been drawn to aesthetics and a more patient-centric approach to wellness, and was thrilled to be able to open a clinic with his wife, Jami Jacobsen, at Revive Health and Wellness, in Casa Grande, AZ. Bret is committed to providing world class healthcare and aesthetic treatments to his patients.
Bret enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, along with his two dogs, and begrudgingly, his three cats.
