Brett Jacobson is absolutely amazing 🌟 You can talk to him about everything—and I truly mean *everything*—without a single ounce of judgment. He makes you feel completely heard. There is absolutely no pressure or pushing 🙅♀️; he provides your options and then sits back, letting you decide whatever and whenever something is right for you. He truly understands all the changes and chaos that both men and women navigate as we age. I also love that he is a big supporter of first responders and the military 🎖️, devoting his own time to our country.
His wife, Jaime, is just as wonderful. My parents say she is hands down the best PCP they have ever had 🩺. I only wish my insurance was accepted so I could see her too, though I am seriously considering choosing their cash-pay option just so I can experience that level of care myself.
The customer service here is unmatched.
All of the staff members are incredibly friendly and helpful, and you never feel rushed ⏳. I love that I can message them whenever needed; Brett is highly flexible if you need to meet virtually, and communicating via text is seamless. 📲
This is without a doubt the best med spa around 🏆. I drive all the way from the Valley to get my services here, and I can guarantee it is worth the trip 🚗. The prices are affordable, and while high-quality care costs money, you absolutely get every penny's worth here ✨
