What is the treatment time and how many sessions do I need?
At Revive Health and Wellness, Bret Jacobsen, PA-C, or Jami Jacobsen, FNP-C, will help you to create a treatment plan to best meet your specific goals. For optimal results, we recommend three treatments spaced one month apart.

How Does Virtue RF Microneedling Work?
It’s a simple process: tiny, gold-plated, sterile needles are applied deep into the dermis of the skin, which is the layer that lies under the epidermis and is the thickest layer of the skin. These needles work to create microscopic channels deep within the dermis to stimulate natural collagen production and deliver radio-frequency heat energy that promotes remodeling of collagen and elastin to both tighten and lift the skin. Post Virtue treatment, your skin actually becomes firmer, plumper, and smoother. Virtue RF Microneedling also happens to be one of the best options for acne scarring, stretch marks, and scars from surgery and or accidents.

What does it feel like?
A VIRTUE RF treatment is virtually painless and made even more comfortable as you will be numbed with a topical anesthetic for 30-45 minutes prior to your treatment. Bony areas of the face and body might feel a bit of pressure from the handpiece; if there is any other type of discomfort during treatment, we will adjust the settings to keep you as comfortable as possible. You may have some pinpoint bleeding, swelling, and redness, but this dissipates within an hour or two. You are totally relaxed and laying down during the treatment.

How long is the RF Micro-needling treatment?
The length of the treatment is no more than about 30 minutes, depending on the area of the body being treated. There is absolutely no downtime either. In fact, you will be able to see results immediately, and they only get better with time. Experts say that after about 4-6 weeks, the full benefits will become apparent. You will be in true filter-free Selfie mode following your Virtue RF treatment with our aesthetic team! No need to call out of work, cancel lunch or dinner plans, or worry about how you look when you leave our office. After your Virtue RF treatment, you will be able to resume your day as normal!

Is there any downtime?
VIRTUE RF is a non-invasive treatment and there is virtually no downtime. You may be slightly red or warm immediately following the treatment; this sensation dissipates within a few hours. Most redness is gone within 12 – 24 hours.

Does it work and when will I see results?
YES! While results are often immediate, there is an improvement over a three-month period as the process of collagen regeneration increases over time.
